"The Reserva Brut is a blend of the three classical Cava grapes aged in bottle for three years and adjusted to six grams of sugar that counterbalance the acidity of the wine, which feels a bit young and rough. The nose is quite fresh but the palate would need to become a little more polished. 

Agustí Torelló Mata has a very wide range of Cavas, and as is usually the case with the wines from the region, the differences from bottling to bottling seem to be quite small. The good thing here is that the quality is homogeneously good."
