Dels Aspres negre is een krachtige complexe rode wijn. Rijp fruit, "roasted tones", gedroogde kruiden, mineralen, rijpe tannines en een intense afdronk.
Uitstekende combinatie met rood vlees, wild, boeuf bourguignon, paté, jamón en harde kazen.
De optimale drinktemperatuur voor Dels Aspres negre is 17°C.

Tasting note
"Visually intense garnet colour. The Dels Aspres negre is very ripe black fruits in the nose and forest herbs, acting as the basis with an array of white pepper, ground cinnamon, licorice and vegetal oak coal. In mouth the aroma expectations are fullled, adding some balsamic touches, star anissette, refreshing menthol and cocoa. Well integrated acidity, great texture and a balanced expression of primary and ageing notes."
