".The Cava producer Agustí Torelló Mata produces a couple of still white wines from the same grape varieties as his sparkling wines. The 2014 XIC is an unoaked Xarello with balsamic and white fruit aromas, quite simple and straightforward. The palate is light and fresh with some aniseed flavors. Drink young."
