Cava Llopart Imperial G.R. Brut is een expressieve smaakvolle cava.

"The 2013 harvest is when they certified 100% of their vineyards organic, and it's the vintage of the 2013 Brut Imperial Panoramic. It's a selection from vineyards produced in a gran reserva style, with a longer aging (no less than 60 months in this case) and some citrus and yeasty aromas. This is 50% Xarello, 40% Macabeo and 10% Parellada. For all the long-aging wines, they shake up the bottles to put the lees in suspension again; in the of this wine, they shake the bottles once, about halfway through its élevage. This helps to increase the autolysis and gives more volume and a rounder palate. This is balanced with six grams of sugar added after disgorgement. With time in the glass, it develops more smoky undertones and a balsamic, incense-like twist. 35,000 bottles produced."
